Hawkshead Guest Farm offers comfortable accommodation at affordable prices. It is situated 15 kms west of Nelspuit, just off the N4 in the beautiful Crocodile River valley. Hawkshead Guest Farm consists of 4 self Catering and 1 non- self catering thatch units, sleeping from2 up to 5 persons, plus Hippo Lodge which has 6 twin rooms and a communal TV lounge, kitchen and dining room. They are fully equipped and have ceiling or wall fans in each room. There is covered parking and a braai area for each rondavel.

Besides a swimming pool, there is a games room with pool- and mini soccer-tables, darts and satellite T.V.. We have a gym with treadmill, rowing machine, elliptical trainer, weights, bike, etc and the children are catered for with a trampline and a petting farm.

Guests can enjoy the abundant bird-life, explore the koppie and surrounding area and also see the various domestic animals such as horses, pigs, rabbits, ducks and guinea-pigs. There is a pottery studio on the premises if you’d like to play with clay!

We are ideally situated as a base for exploring the scenic Lowveld escarpment, day trips to the Kruger Park (70kms away), or as a stopover on the way to Mozambique.

Hawkshead Guest Farm offers special rates for groups and long-term guests. We will happily accommodate trailers, boats, motorbikes, etc, as space is not a problem. Breakfast is available at a cost of R20 – R40 per person and dinners can be arranged during the week only.
