Discover Beverley Guestfarm - nestled in the Dargle Valley in the charming KwaZulu-Natal Midlands. We are part of the Midlands Meander, about 21 km south west from Nottingham Rd and 21km west of Howick.



Beverley is ideal for families wanting to get away from the chaos of everyday life. Let your soul be rejuvenated by the lush green fields, where you can hear the sheep bleating in the distance. After a day spent walking along country paths, picnicking at the water's edge and filling your lungs with the country air, there's no better way to spend your evening than to curl up in front of a crackling fire.

The Stables (sleeps 6-8) - Originally the farm's stables built in 1913, this cottage has been beautifully and lovingly renovated into the perfect getaway. Three bedrooms (all en suite) run off the central lounge area, where plush couches are arranged around a magnificent fireplace. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath and shower, the second has a shower. All the rooms are exquisitely furnished (although the elegantly decadent wrought-iron four poster is every girl's dream!) Let the afternoon drift by whilst lounging on the covered verandah, listening to the country sounds. 



The Hayloft (sleeps 2 adults,  provision can be made for up to 2 children) - The luxurious spaciousness of the Hayloft entices you inside, where your every comfort is provided for. Sink into the armchairs and put your feet up in front of the fire. Rest your weary head on the gorgeously sumptuous bed and wake renewed and rejuvenated! Meals can easily be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, or let the cook whip up something for you. The bathroom has a shower and bath. The Hayloft is the perfect weekend escape for the two of you. 



The Dairy  (sleeps 4) - The farm's dairy has been carefully and beautifully converted into our newest cottage. Two en-suite bedrooms cater for up to 4 people, and the open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen are spacious and sumptiously comfortable. While those winter afternnoons away in front of a roaring fire, sit on the gorgeous verhandah which has views all down the valley. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, or guests can stay on a B&B, or DB&B basis. There is no better way to spend time with your loved ones.



All cottages have a fully equipped kitchen for self catering purposes, a fireplace, TV (The Dairy DSTV) and are fully secure. The Stables has a Gun Safe.



From the moment you arrive to find tea and coffee waiting for you, to the moment you go to bed to find the covers turned down with a chocolate on your pillow, you will feel pampered and cared for. Half an hour from Pietermaritzburg, and from KZN's major private schools, Beverley is a wonderful weekend getaway, where you can recharge your batteries in the relaxed luxury of the cottages. Whether you wish to spend your days taking in the country air or exploring the fascinating mix of arts and crafts of the Midlands, Beverley is the perfect place for it. The Midlands Meander is famed for it's wonderful arts and crafts, excellent restaurants, and it's wide range of sporting pursuits and historical points of interest.

SELF CATERING:Adults-R250, U18-R125 , U12-R50

BED & BREAKFAST:Adults - R300, U18 - R150 , U12 - R 70 

In the case of toddlers where  parents provide their own camp cots, they stay for free.
